Delete your account
Two ways, and both are permanent. There is no grace period and nothing is kept back.
In the app
Settings, then Your data
Deletes the account and wipes the local database and files off the phone at the same time.
From the web
Without the app installed
Enter your email, confirm the code we send, and the deletion runs. Nothing to reinstall.

- Your profile, handle and sign-in
- Anything you published — routes, activities, collections, stories
- Photos and voice messages you uploaded
- Rooms you created, and your membership of rooms you did not
- Follows, likes, saves, comments and ratings
- Push tokens and notification preferences
Anything that never left your phone — your fog, the journal, raw tracks, plans, saved places and pet conversations — was never on a server to delete. Removing the app removes those.
